3. What data we process

• Enquiries and bookings (email, phone, WhatsApp): name, contact details and message content.
• Orders: the information needed to deliver your order, such as name, address, email, phone number and the products ordered. Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj under its own terms – we do not see your card details.
• Newsletter: name, email address and language, if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
• Partner and team applications: the information you provide on the form, such as name, contact details, town and language.
• Body type test: first name and surname, email address, town, language, test result and scores, and whether you want the newsletter. Individual answers to the questions are not stored.
• Team members’ user accounts: username, name and email address.
• Technical data: for example IP address, browser information and cookies to ensure the website works properly and securely.

4. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Contract: delivering orders, bookings and customer service.
• Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries, managing the customer relationship and website security.
• Consent: the body type test, newsletter, partner applications and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: retaining accounting-related information.

5. Retention period

• Enquiries: up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Order and accounting data: in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act (vouchers 6 years).
• Body type test and partner applications: up to 2 years or until you request deletion of your data.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Team user account: until membership ends.

6. Data recipients and transfers

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf or under their own terms:

• Paytrail Oyj (payment processing)
• Website hosting provider (web hosting)
• Email and newsletter service
• WhatsApp / Meta (messages, if you contact us via WhatsApp)
• Embedded content, such as YouTube videos and Google Maps

Some service providers (e.g. Meta and Google) may process data outside the EU and EEA. In such cases, transfers are based on mechanisms approved by the European Commission, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you join as a FOHOW partner, we pass on the information needed for registration to the FOHOW company only at your request.

7. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to ensure it works properly. Other cookies, such as those from embedded videos and maps, are used only with your consent. You can change your choices at any time in the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
