What is FOHOW?
FOHOW is an international wellbeing group rooted in the Chinese Yang Sheng tradition – the art of nurturing vitality and living in balance.
FOHOW has operated in China since 1999 and on international markets since 2007. Its own plantations, research and production ensure that the products and devices are created on the basis of the same tradition.

Devices
FOHOW devices bring the Yang Sheng tradition into everyday life. You can try them at Hyvinvointikeskus Hoitava Hieronta (Retkeilijänkatu 13, Helsinki) or buy your own device for home use.
BEM FOHOW — bioenergy massage device
FOHOW’s best-known device combines the teachings of traditional Chinese massage with modern technology. The treatment is given with silver-ion gloves and an ultrasound head – a relaxing and warming experience.
REM FOHOW — revitaliser
A foot massager and graphene belts for the neck and lower back. An easy moment of recovery at home after a long day, desk work or exercise.
TIM FOHOW — infrared sauna
Gentle infrared heat and relaxing vibration relax body and mind. Your own heat-treatment moment without the intense heat of a traditional sauna.
